Design Services

The Design Phase starts with the OFS team analyzing your needs and end goals. They will work together to developing the concept(s) of how the software can be best implemented based on the information gathered during the Analysis Phase. Although we develop the Conceptual Design(s) to achieve your original objectives, often a design will achieve an even greater vision with no impact on cost. After narrowing the options, we share with your key users the most relevant and recommended Conceptual Design to configure the software for your requirements. This involves diving into the software which we pre-configured for your needs, or presenting relevant configuration options for discussion and your selection.

Training and Support
Training and Support

Training and Support

Support plans are available to provide a reduced rate, priority access, and/or after-hours support, depending upon client needs. Often, support questions can be answered on the spot, some are better solved by phone or by using screen-share to remotely to look at a data or configuration issue.

If training is desired, we are also able to provide digital or on-site training.

We recommend post-implementation reviews to help assure you continue to get the most out of your investment, provide tips on usage, and discuss any new opportunities to automate additional areas within your business.
